To make this dish, you will need soya chunks that have been soaked in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Once they are soft, drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture. Then, mix the soya chunks with cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to taste. Deep fry the soya chunks until they are golden brown and crispy.
